   Easy checkout. Firearm shipped in five business days despite the panic buying going on now. They used UPS 2nd day which is a plus. I called to check on the order and actually spoke to a human being. My new default for online firearms and accessories.

   I’ve ordered two guns from http://www.gunandarmory.com and am very pleased with the quality I have received and their ecommerce website. First, they offer a great selection of handguns. Second, their prices seem to be very competitive and usually a bit under market price. Third, their online shopping experience is very convenient and they integrated the FFL Dealer into the website, so you don’t have to search for information. They also have several convenient payment methods. Last, the shipping only took about 2 days for the FFL Dealer to receive. I actually had to wait for the gun due to state law which is longer than it took to ship. I would recommend http://www.gunbuyer.com to anyone interested in buying a gun from a reputable online store.

   I always had great experiences with Gunandarmory.com I’ve bought four firearms (and counting) from them and they always make it easy to do a transfer and purchase online. Also, the shipping fee is low and their prices are some of the best around. I’ll be using them for many years in the future.

   I ordered 4 items from the Gunbuyer website. They charged my credit card immediately. These items were 3 handgun magazines and a speed mag loader. Every item I added increased the shipping amount. This seemed fair enough. The next morning I get a voice-mail from Erica stating that one of the magazines was not available and this is a rare acurence, but she would refund that part of my order. Although there was no refund on any portion of the shipping. I then check their website and the magazine shows available, but more expensive now. I call and happen to get Erika and tell her it’s showing available right now? She says ya but it’s at warehouse D and is more expensive. So she offers to have me re order it and charge me separate shipping. I refuse to pay more shipping because I just ordered the same item 18 hours earlier and it should have shipped with my original order. Also explains to me that the magazine went up in price because they use 4 warehouses, and they all have different prices. I’m a customer and expect to order from a website at the promised price. The logistics is their problem. This is unacceptable. I still have not received my refund. But they recharged me for the item at a higher price. I had to beg them to wave the shipping for the recharged item and they acted like that was a huge favor. Buyer beware. The worst part was the lack of empathy or acknowledgement that I felt upset from the situation. I WILL NOT EVER do business with them again. The amount of money difference was a little over 4$ total, but the principle was the problem. Very poor customer service and and a price increase., wanted to charge extra shipping. Terrible. To top it off, all items shipped separately with 3 different delivery services. And I had to waste time/aggregation and long hold times. Bad experience to say the least.

   I bought a gun for my son’s 24th birthday that he had wanted for several years. My husband & I were excited to be able to buy it for him. When it arrived, the box was smashed all up and it looks terrible. We are both very upset. Who wants to give a gift that looks like that- it looks bad!
