Their system absolutely SUCKS! They have some BS fraud prevention system that flags a purchase to cancel if the credit card and home address don’t match. If that wasn’t bad enough, you can’t even go fix it with another credit card, it just stays cancelled. They can’t revive the order or anything. It shows in the order history so you can’t buy it again… Garbage. FIX YOUR IT DEPARTMENT!
Follow up: I already called and the agents said there was nothing they could do “sorry”.
Second update: I received the gun today. It came with out purchaser’s info so my FFL had to verify with the shipper, but it worked out. The gun was in much better condition than expected, much better. While Guns.com could use some IT help, I am going to up my review score due to being pleasantly surprised.

It was my first experience with Gunandarmory.com. I was little worry about this company because of low internet rating. But, gunandarmory.com was very fast in processing and shipping my order. I placed my order at Wed, oct 18 and parcel received by FFL at noon time OCT 20!!! In two days. This is the fastest my order delivery ever. Besides this fast shipping was free. I would definitely recommend this company…

I ordered this gun from and it was delivered to a local FFL. As soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed a scratch on top of the gun. I immediately e-mailed gunandarmory.com customer service. Initially, the employee “James” was sympathetic and helpful. I love the gun and I don’t want to go through the trouble of returning it and having to pay the FFL again. “James” told me that her manager would give me a $25.00 coupon that I could use for a future purchase and they gave me a code that I could use. When I tried to use the code to buy something, it didn’t work! I emailed “James” again to let her know that the coupon code didn’t work and she did initially respond, but the coupon code still doesn’t work and now she’s been ghosting me and hasn’t responded to my subsequent emails. The bottom line is that they sold me a damaged product and they didn’t make it right for me. This experience doesn’t make me want to purchase anything else from gunandarmory.com!

Great experience, although I was a little nervous at first. I ordered a new shotgun and received a message stating that I would receive an email when it was being shipped. After a few days, no message, so I went online and read the reviews. They weren’t the best so I started getting really nervous and kicking myself for not reading the reviews first! I called and spoke to a very helpful lady named Gina who told me the label had been printed which meant it was about to be shipped. She assured me it was on its way and if I didn’t get a confirmation email within 24 hours to call her back. Later that day, I got confirmation. I received it a few days later and it was brand new, just as described. I am definitely recommending gunandarmory.com and will use them again and again!

great gun ,i placed and order with paypal , but due to paypal’s policy on guns and ammunitions i couldn’t make purchase , i had to contact james for assistance which they risk it to accept payment under family and friends ….afterwards my gun was shipped to my FFL WITHIN 2 DAYS thanks James .
